Admitted to the Washington State Soldiers Home at Orting, Pierce County, Washington on 1 Aug 1916. Admitted to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers at Sawtelle, Los Angeles County, California on 1 Feb 1917 and discharged at his own request on 4 Apr 1922.
