Admitted to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers at Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio on 16 Aug 1900 and discharged at his own request on 11 Aug 1902. Admitted to the National Home at Johnson City, Washington County, Tennessee on 11 Jun 1907 and discharged at his own request on 14 May 1908. Died in Montgomery County, Ohio.
