Admitted to the Washington State Soldiers Home Colony at Orting, Pierce County, Washington on 25 Jun 1909. On 22 Oct 1915 transferred to the Washington State Veterans Home at Retsil, Kitsap County, Washington. Died in the Veterans Home Hospital at Retsil, Washington.
